Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Inboxed, operated by Changemaker Media Services, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Inboxed at app.getinboxed.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Inboxed is a web-based email personalization tool that allows users to send personalized emails through their own Gmail account using data stored in a Google Sheet. The service connects to your Google account via OAuth and sends emails on your behalf using the Gmail API.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Inboxed. By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Inboxed uses Google APIs to provide its core functionality. By using Inboxed, you also agree to be bound by Google's Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy. Your use of Gmail and Google Sheets through Inboxed is subject to those terms.

Inboxed is a tool. We are not responsible for how you use it.
You sign in to Inboxed using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activity that occurs through your Inboxed session. You must notify us immediately at todd@changemaker.ms if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Inboxed at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.
Inboxed is currently free during its beta period. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future. We will provide reasonable notice before any free features become paid. Billing, when applicable, is handled by Lemon Squeezy and subject to their terms and refund policies.
Inboxed and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Changemaker Media Services, Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to content you create and send using Inboxed.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Changemaker Media Services, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of Inboxed, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Inboxed after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using Inboxed.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Mississippi.
